radiate

ra·di·ant
1.emitting rays of light; shining; bright: the radiant sun; radiant colors.
2.bright with joy, hope, etc.: radiant smiles; a radiant future.

The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.
Hebrews 1.3

Like the appearance of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. When I saw it, I fell facedown, and I heard the voice of one speaking.
Ezek 1.28

We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to keep the Israelites from gazing at it while the radiance was fading away.
2 Cor 3.13

Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.
Psalm 34.5

Then you will look and be radiant, your heart will throb and swell with joy; the wealth on the seas will be brought to you, to you the riches of the nations will come.
Isa 60.5

He is THE radiance and has promised us that if we look to him we will be radiant. And draw the nations to Him. I find it "humorous" for lack of a better word, that Moses tried to hide the change happening on his face. Humorous because thousands of years later we are still doing the same thing-using religious activity to hide the true position of our hearts.

And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
2 Cor 3.18
